I would travel back & forth frequently from Halifax to Cape Breton Island and soon got to know the regulars traveling daily to the Island. I mentioned to Joe that he should have himself a web site so people would know where he picked-up and dropped-off and list his rates.
He wasn’t one for computers, let alone the internet, so he wasn’t too inclined. But after a few dozen trips together capeshuttleservice.com was born. It is a very simple site with just the facts.
Well, that simple site ow has an average of a few hundred hits per day and even more on the weekend and more still if it is a holiday. Looking at it again, I think it needs a face-lift and perhaps some adsense.
